Learn Throwing Errors in Chrome?
Summary
Since last week Learn is intermittently throwing errors only in the Chrome web browser. Is anyone else experiencing this or have an idea what might be causing it?Content
In the Chrome web browser only, our users are reporting the error below.
"Your request cannot be processed. The application encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your administrator and reference this ID 3776944."
It's not affecting everyone, and the problems started before the newest Google Chrome update (they started on 3/12 and I have new users reporting this error daily, including 2/3 people on my team). I've checked with my IT & Security folks and they say that no changes have been implemented in this time frame that would impact our network environment and system performance. I'm stumped.
