Creating a report with questions and answers from assessments

Hi everyone,

we are trying to create a report, which provides information about Learning assessments. We would like to see the answers, the score and the persons who have completed the test and those who have failed.

Has anyone already created such a report and can tell us which subject areas should be used?

We would be very appreciated.
