Importing PO for multiple BUs in one go

In R12, functionality of PO loader is that we can upload multiple Operating Units ,on one upload. However, in cloud I can only upload one BU at a time and it seems to be driven by which BU . Is there a better option to upload all BUs on one instance or will this feature be built in later? Thank you.
