Hiring Managers & Organizations

Summary

When a hiring manager opens a requisition, what is their experience as it relates to organizations?

Content

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to understand the hiring manager experience as it relates to selecting an organization when they open a requisition. Is the expectation that the OLF fields will generate within the requisition based on hiring manager's attributes within Core HR? For example, does the hiring manager's attributes automatically populate within the requisition, are they given options to change this, etc.

I am trying to define what the experience will be when a hiring manager opens a requisition? We don't want the hiring manager to chose from a long list of drop down values but would rather default what he/she has in Core HR with the ability to update and change this as necessary.

Howdy, Stranger!
