Spans 12 midnight Start and End Time Not Reflecting on Time Card using Change Request

edited Mar 19, 2020 3:47AM in Workforce Management

Summary

When a Change Request spans 12 midnight and gets approved, the approved hours does not reflect in the time card

Content

Hi Experts,

The issue I have can be replicated using the below steps:

1. Employee shift is 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

2. Employee reports hours as 1:00 PM - 3:00 AM

3. Employee files for Overtime using Change Request from 11:00 PM - 3:00 AM

4. Manager of the Employee approves the Overtime Change Request

5. Upon checking the time card, the approve hours is not reflected in the time card

We have enabled span after 12 midnight in the time card and responsive UI lay-out set, and also defined Work Day Definition as Start Day. Not sure what we could have been missing.
