Hi Experts,
Is it Possible to Enable Half Day/Full Day field to the Employees working in "Time" Shifts? because we are using "Time" Shifts but they request a simple option to record half Days (0.5 days).  If an employee shift time is 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. He/she have to calculate working duration as 9 hours and they need to change end date time as 8:30 AM + 4.5 Hours = 12.45 AM.  Seems this is not a user-friendly method for the employee who works on a Roster basis. Also accidentally if an employee enters 12.40 PM it makes three digits duration
