Approval rule for addition of a new Visa Type

We need an approval to be triggerred to the Line Manager when employee adds a new Visa Type.
The approval rule is failing with either of these conditions:
1. (Proposed Person Visa Permit.result.CurrentVisaPermit == "EU Settlement Scheme")
2.(Proposed Person Visa Permit.result.VisaPermitType == "EU Settlement Scheme")

Why is the Visa Permit Type not being recognised by the approval rule.

There are no other rules for this "Change Personal Information" and this is the only one and it is failing.
