Size of data for Account Reconciliation

How does size of data is calculated for ARCS

Through business metric under myservices link, we can review the "size of data".  

1) Does this size include the data stored in staging tables of data management and the file sitting under "inbox" folder of the data management ? So, if upload 1 GB of source file through data management then "size of data" will be more than 1 GB as information is stored at multiple places ?

2) For ARCS standard license, oracle provide 150 GB of data size. Similarly, what will be the storage limit for data management ?
