Flexibility of absence plan due to Covid19

Allow a negative balance of -5 nothing more

Hello,

 

As a company we want to allow our employees to go into a -5 absence balance so they have a bit more flexibility with Covid19 if needs be.

 

In order to do this on the absence plan under the accruals tab>plan limits I have ticked 'allow negative balance' with a negative balance limit of 5.

This allows employees to have a -5 balance however it still allows them to enter more leaves with a pop up warning that says 'if you record this absence, your absence will fall below the minimum for this type of absence.
