This is for Taleo Enterprise - OBIEE

Does anyone do this accurately now?  We have multiple reqs, mainly for hourly positions, that stay open with new openings added.

When calculating Time to Fill or Time to Hire, it becomes impossible to get the true time spent, as I can not locate a date field that would give me start date of opening, rather than req approval date?

Any help you can provide would be appreciated!
