How can we increase the number of Quick Action Links on the main page

I have configured the Frequently Used Quick Actions in Me, My Team and My Client Groups however not all are showing.  For example, under Me, I have 8 quick action links but only 5 are showing on the main page.  In My Team, I have added 5 but only 2 shows. Does anybody know how to configure the main page so it shows all the links that are in the Frequently Used Quick Actions?
