Space usage at 120% unclear what is calculated

On what does Oracle base itself for calculation of the space usage?

I have a free account of the Cloud Autonomous DWH and experience that the used size is not calculated correctly.

A calculation on my dba_segments show me that my own schema's only use 2GB but one specific schema SSB uses 166GB.

My console states that I used 120% of my available space.

All these numbers are in conflict with each other, making it impossible for me to judge what is happening.
