Does purchasing support multiple PO's for a requisition line

Summary

I am unable to see a partially fulfilled requisition on the Process Requisition line UI and process with another purchase order

Content

I created a requisition for $50K.

I went to Process Requisitions, queried the requisition line and used the document builder to create a purchase order for $10K

Since requisition is unfulfilled, I expected that I would go back to Process Requisition UI and create a 2nd PO for $40K, but I cannot query the requisition line.

Does Oracle Procurement support multiple PO's per requisition line, or am I missing something?

Help would be appreciated.
