Reporting Requirement to Find Employee's VP or above Manager Level in Reporting Chain

Reporting Requirement to Find Employee's VP or above Manager Level in Reporting ChainContent
Hi,
I am not sure this is possible within a single select statement or even sub queries. I have a requirement for an integration data file to provide for each employee an approver which must be in the employee's manager hierarchy, but must be at a certain manager level (derived from job id of the manager) where the manager level is VP or higher. Each employee must have 1 row and with various attributes with this approver as one attribute.
Example:
Employee ABC reports to manager DDD and DDD is at the Manager Level
