I have a customer that has a Conflict of Interest policy and it requires that the new employee answer Yes and No questions and a description if they answer "yes" to any of the questions. The new hire is also required to electronically sign the policy. How would you recommend configuring this? Currently we have configured DFF for a configurable form but not able to capture an electronic signature.
