Unable to Refer Work Shift Start Time using HWM_EMP_SCHD_START_TIME DBI
Summary
Unable to Refer Work Shift Start Time using HWM_EMP_SCHD_START_TIME DBI in time calculation rulesContent
We have a requirement to write overtime rules based on shift start time and end time for a day. We are trying to refer shift start time and end time (HWM_EMP_SCHD_START_TIME, HWM_EMP_SCHD_END_TIME) DBI. The DBI are returning the accurate values if there is no absence(UOM Hours) recorded for the day in the timesheet. But they are not returning any values if there is absence record for the day.
Please suggest the way to refer the shift timings irrespective of the absence records.
