Classrooms management related to add Instructor-Led Activity Problem

Hello,
We are having an issue with classrooms management related to add Instructor-Led Activity of learning offers. We are using a custom role.
If we try to search a Classroom from the magnifying glass, we don’t find it, but, If we write its name in the classrooms field, the system shows it if it exist.
How could we solve this problem?
