The nature of an incremental load is that only data that has changed in the load file will be calculated.While this is great for speeding up the load process, it does leave a few problems.

Most HR systems when an employee is termed, is removed from the extracts used in WFP. While it may be possible to bring in status ("Active" vs "Departed") not all systems are able to do this. As a result, any employee that is termed and removed from the source file, is not touched in the incremental process.
