Summary

Since our organizations started work from home we are seeing a big jump in the number of completed courses that are not recorded.

Content

We are trying to determine what is causing the course completion issues that have increased since our workforce began working from home.  Users access our learn center using Citrix, VPN, or off the Corporate network.  Now, throw the increased use of personal devices into the mix and we have an issue.  I did build a browser check page into our  learn center to help see what settings users have.  (IF interested visit https://developers.whatismybrowser.com/detection/
