Lost the ability to update Phone and Email in Person

Hi All,
Our HR Admin team is reporting an issue where they have lost access to edit some areas in My Client Groups>Person, particularly Phone # and Email, since our update to 20A this weekend. They have access to the Person screen, and the Edit button, but once on the screen, they do not have the option to edit. The UI is slightly updated from the prior setup. Thought that was waiting till 20B. I'm wondering if there are any new privileges that might be required. Looking through the documentation now, but thought I'd throw it out here and
