FCCS Data Status form

Data status form shows No Data for parent entities though there is data

In our FCCS environment, after running translation and consolidation the Data status form shows as No Data for parent level entities even though we can see the data in Smartview for those parent entities. Any idea why the Data Status form shows wrong status?

I have attached the screenshots of the data status form, as well as the Smartview retreival where we can see the data at parent entities.
