I have another question for Onboarding Checklist.
My client has a requirement that for task owners to receive an email notification to a general email inbox instead of to an individual employee. For example, the new hire completes a charitable contribution payroll deduction form. That task notification should be sent to the general Payroll email inbox and not to the Payroll representative assigned to that Area of Responsibility. Is there a way to send a task notification to a general email inbox? I have been trying to figure out a work around or if there is something that can be done using the report HDL or REST.
