Hi All -

All of my transactions are failing funds check for all Project types (Sponsored, Non-Sponsored, Capital). there is no other information on the exception form or on the import report.

All of the Projects have Budgetary Controls turned on, Advisory at all levels. All Budgets have been base-lined in the current period. Project Performance has been run.

I don't know where to start looking for the error. Any suggestions?
