Analysis Contains Learner but cannot search them in UI

Hello!

I updated the Learning Specialist Role with a a data security profile to grant view all access. We mass assigned a course using a report that generated about 600 plus workers. One worker shows up on the report but we cannot search them in the UI. He is one of 4 examples that we cannot isolate in order to update the status of the learning assignment.

Has anyone experienced this before or has any advice? Its odd because its only a handful of impacted accounts.
