Scenario:

As you must be aware, we introduced the ability for requesters to override the price on a requisition line that is backed by a blanket agreement and the agreement has Price Override enabled. This was originally available based on an Opt-in and this Opt-in expired in 19D. Effectively, all requesters will now be able to override price on a requisition line backed by an agreement where price override was enabled.
