transfer overtime to the compensatory plan

Hello all,

 

We need to enter time in OTL and the eventual overtime ( more than 40h per week) should pass automatically to the compensatory plan.

We are able to see the overtime in Calculated area using the standard rule template Weekly Threshold Template.

The next step is to transfer it to the compensatory plan. I'm struggling to do the setup as there is not standard fast formula to output data. Could you please share any advice or example of a fast formula?
