Half Day Absence Error When Spans to Next Day

Half Day Absence deducts 1whole day (1.0 day) instead of Half day (0.5 Days) if the filing spans after 12MN the next day


Hi All,

I would like to ask for your help if you encounter the same error and how you fixed it. The requirement is to have an Absence Plan in days and Absence Type as Hours so we can integrate the absence in Timecard.
The setup was:

Create a Absence Plan - Sick Leave Plan:
- UOM in Days
- Will frontload 30days to employee
- Conversion Rule to convert duration as Days

Create a Absence Type - Sick Leave:
