Manage Audit Policies - radio & drop-down button changes not picked up

Hi All,

We recently started switching on objects under Manage Audit Policies however in our last batch - mainly related to Payables - we noticed during system testing that certain types of config changes were not fully recorded. Has anyone else experienced this or aware of any bugs?

For example. In the object, and related form, 'Common Options for Payables and Procurement' where configurations were selected either using a radio button or drop-down list the detail to the change (i.e. To and From values) were not recorded by the audit reports?
