Responsive Contact Card


I have added the privileges to our custom employee role and still getting access denied on the Contact Information quick action for employees.  I tried the delivered employee role and still do not see it.  What Roles and privileges are needed to make changes to email and phone numbers.

According to the Responsive document I need View Portrait Contact Card and Change Person Address.  I have both of those.
