E-Mail Notifications in Learning (for Learners & managers)

Hi all,

we are struggling with e-mail notifications for Learners. We need to notify Learners via e-Mail, as soon as certain events occur.

E.g.: The learner is assigned to a course, the learner has completed a course. The learner's request was approved, The learner requests to withdraw from a course. The learner is waitlisted for a course. The manager has to approve a request, ...

By now we use the Alerts Composer, but there are some barriers, we are struggling with.

Are there good alternatives you use in order to notify Learners?
