Remove Line Manager's access to My Client Groups>Workforce Structures

We gave our Line Managers access to view My Team>My Team>View by Position.  To do this, we have added the ORA_PER_POSITION_VIEW_DUTY to our custom Line Manager role.  However, this has made the My Client Groups>Workforce Structures visible.  We need to remove the My Client Groups>Workforce Structures so that they can't view other positions outside their span of control. We tried to make it hidden through Sandbox>Structure>Quick Actions but it made it hidden to admin managers (Line Managers with elevated access) as well.  How do we remove access to just the employees with the Line Manager role?
