I see in 20B there will be the ability for employees to fill out a form, send it for approval and then have it end up as a PDF in Document Records. This looks great. But, can it support a Use Case like disciplinary letters?
For example: I would like to have this process: The employee's manager fills out a disciplinary action form, which includes adding details about the incident that led to the Disciplinary Action. The form is then routed to HR where they review and/or edited the document. Then they route it to the employee for electronic signature. Then we would want the document to go into Document Records, whether the employee signs it or now.
