Approval management process for procurement on Fusion Cloud cannot cover the approval hierarchies process as found on previous Oracle E-Business Suite. For our organization this regression has a major impact.

How does it define

Based on Oracle Purchasing User's Guide (Oracle E-Business Suite Documentation Web Library Release 12.2) we’ve defined an approval hierarchy: jobs, positions, position hierarchies, document type, approval groups, assign approval groups, assign employees. This approach fits perfectly with our business context. This context rules our approval process. The position hierarchy structure of our organization is highly complex and employee’s movement in the organization is quite frequent. Positions in the hierarchy structure are quite stable. We've defined over thousand of approval groups and positions. Based on this approach an employee who changes his position inherit automatically the approval group under his new
