PCS process is throwing internal server error

I have created a PCS space and then I have created an application using that space in which I have a process - pozCategoryManagerApproval. I have saved, published and activated the process I have added this activated deployed process in VBCS process. When I started the process, it is throwing internal server error(500). Also, we can’t see the deployed process in my apps deployed processes list in PCS. We also logged a bug - 31120943
