Is there anyway of being able to get the P_DATE that you have set as a prompt to show in a column?

I would like to be able to get a column that shows the P_Date unless the effective start date of an employee is later than the prompted date.

E.g. I want to run a report from 01/12/2019, anybody that started before that date will have that date in said column but anybody that started after said date will have their start date in. I am using "Workforce Management - Work Relationship Real Time"."Work Relationship Details"."Date Start" to get the employee's start date.
