How to hide Position Details window when correcting or updating worker assignment?

Hello,

we have configured positions which automatically inherit grade information.

However, some HR shouldn't see Grade field in worker assignment page. I was able to hide Grade field in Core HR through EL for users having a specific role.

However, I have noticed that when selecting position, a position detailes window is opened and in that window all users can potentially see grade that will be assigned to workers as it is being inherited by position.

Is it possible to hide Position Deatils window so as some users cannot see Grade linked to the selected position?
