Mass Updates - Mass legal employeur change

edited Apr 6, 2020 1:42PM in Human Capital Management 1 comment

Summary

Keep Salary and Performance document by default

Content

Situation :
When doing a change of legal employeur for a worker (egg from Brazil to France), we use Mass Updates > Mass legal employeur change.
There are 2 fields to keep the Salary and Performance/Goal document data  => They are set as “Required” with a dropdown (No/Yes).

Issue :
“N” is before “Y” in the alphabet so if the user doesn't click on YES, the performance document and salary aren't moved to the active activement. This case happens a LOT.

Solution :
HR user take the time to review what they are doing before to Submit

Howdy, Stranger!
