Hello,
We are intending to enroll new employees for our mandatory compliance courses that are in Oracle HCM.
We have tried to create a OTBI New Hire Report (filter to be Employee Hire Date as CURRENT_DATE), and that was how we added the learners for the learning initiative. We added through Analysis Report Criteria. However, it is currently not working. Is there a need to refresh the OTBI report daily?
Also, saw another method in this forum and that is, when choosing the learners, to indicate the hire date to be on or after the hire date. E.g. If we want all new hires from 06 April onwards to be enrolled in the course, when choosing learners in the initiative, to choose hire date on or after 06 April 2020. By doing so, is it confirmed that new hires will be progressively enrolled to the course once as long as the system captured that the hire date is on or after 06 April 2020?
