Unable to get the failed error message report

We are creating a report to pull all the  transactions that failed on a given day based on the issue date. We are unable to get any results from HRC_TXN_ERROR  table.

 

Is there an Oracle delivered BI report which can report on BPM workflow transactions that are failed.
