Is it possible to change the colored strip of the focus card in the Directory Organization Chart?

Summary

in the Organization Chart (Directory), an employee card is indicated by a blue strip and a contingent worker is indicated by a yellow strip. Is it possible to change these colors?

Content

Reason: our company uses badges with yellow ribbons for internal employees, and red ribbons for contingent workers. It would be great if we could use the same colors in the Directory.
