Work order status can be changed from 'closed' to 'complete' under some conditions.

Under what conditions this will be allowed ?

For example, a work order is closed and all the costing programs have been completed (Transfer transaction from production to costing, Create accounting distributions ect) - In this stage, this status change can not be done ?

Like this what are all other conditions applied to this scenario (changing status from closed to complete)
