We have a requirement that Employee Number for Employees should start from 300000 series while contingent worker should start from 900000. In HCM Cloud Person Number is based on one series irrespective of the person type.

So as a workaround solution we decided to make Person Number manual and create a simple report which would provide the last used value for both these person types based on which we make customer add the new person number by increment of 1 to the last used person number for each of the types. But this solution will not work for following two scenarios --
