When an Employee is also Line Manager, the Employee is seeing Change Working Hours Action on Employment Info page under ESS as well.

For Employees who are not Line Manager, the Action Button doesn't have any Actions which is fine.

Hiding the Action button altogether hides it from MSS as well so that won't work.

How can we prevent that the Action Button doesn't show Change Working Hours Action for Employees with Line Manager role. Is there option to hide Action Button on Employment Info only under ESS page.
