Currently the contract employees accruals are calculated only during the start of contract period and not on the anniversary date.
Business Scenario
Mr.ABC is hired on contract for a period of 3 years. The Absence Plan is Jan to Dec attached to all the employee.
Rule is that as per the contract anniversary date the leave balances should be given annually and it can be availed too during the annual period or it can be carried forward.
For eg.
