Witholding Tax rounding issue on invoice

I have a a requirement to round withholding tax up/down to the nearest whole number.

I have set the Tax Minimum Accountable Unit to 1 and this ensures the amount is now rounded correctly.

However the tax rate is no longer showing as a whole number. The tax rate is defined as 10% but is showing as 9.99999%.

I used to have the tax precision set as 0 but with that it doesn't allow me to set the Tax Minimum Accountable Unit to 1.

Is there something missing or does this sound like a bug?
