Is there a transaction through the HCM Design Studio for Document Records?

Summary

We are having issues with the attachments on the Document Records page. You can see the word attachment but there is no way to upload anything.

We are having issues with the attachments on the Document Records page.  You can see the word attachment but there is no way to upload anything.  I went to page composer and there appears to be a box under the word attachments but I can not seem to make it visible.

20A in Dev and Test and 19D in Prod
