Is it possible to restrict content by an employees assignment information

Content

Is there anything in the Guided Learning roadmap to allow content (Pop ups, interactive flows, flashing beacons etc) to be restricted by information in the employees assignment records, such as Legal Employer, Country, Business Unit, Department etc.

We want to target communication to specific groups of employees and as we use global security roles we can't restrict is using these.
