Each individual in the Organization has been highly skilled in one or the other Specialized or Interpersonal Skills. But employees are not able to see the mentors. None of the mentors are visible for any of the skills when searched by the employees.

Also, the Personal Brand Administrator has scheduled the connectors for skills synchronization.

Please let me know how the issue can be resolved or if there is any other procedure to be followed as this is the urgent requirement from the Client.
