We're operate under a coexist model (we feed our core HR data from PeopleSoft to HCM Cloud), so we don't do core HR type transactions directly in the cloud, normally. However, sometimes we have to cleanup data, like hire dates and term dates that might have been corrected in PS, directly in the cloud so that PeopleSoft data will successfully transfer to the cloud.
My question is, I need to assign security to a group of employees who will be doing these hire date and term date corrections in the cloud, but I really don't want them to have access to the talent modules (goals, performance, etc), for which we assign the HR Specialist role. Can anyone tell me what security role would allow for this (if any)?
