Can someone point me in the right direction to add the list of countries to a Person EIT using HCM Common Lookups?

I need to track Military participation for employees and their family.  We ask them what Country did they or their family member work for?  I want to attach the Global Country listing to the EIT and it would disply the entire Global Country list (drop down choice list).  I do not know the code of the HCM Common Look up to connect it to.
